Privacy Policy
We keep only what a review site needs, and we tell you plainly what that is.
Start at our partnerWhat information do you collect about me?
We start from a simple obligation: this site exists to review one broker for readers in India, and it should collect no more than that task requires. We do not ask you to open an account, deposit money, or send us financial details, and we do not want them. What we may hold is limited to what you choose to type into the contact form on this site, such as your name, your message and the contact route you give us, together with ordinary technical data that any web server records when a page is requested, such as the time of the visit, the page viewed, the browser type and a shortened or masked network address.
We do not collect identity documents, bank or card numbers, trading account credentials, or records of your positions and balances. We do not build profiles of individual readers and we do not combine what you send us with data from elsewhere to identify you.
If you send a message, keep it to what is needed for your question. Anything you volunteer beyond that is held only as part of the correspondence.
Who can see my data, and where does it go?
The servers that run this site and the service providers that keep it online, measure traffic and receive form messages may sit outside India, so your data can be processed in another country under the law that applies there. Those providers act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here. Access inside our own operation is limited to the people who maintain the site and answer reader messages.
We never sell your data, and we do not rent it, trade it or hand it over for someone else's marketing. We do not pass it to the broker being reviewed, and nothing you send us reaches that broker through this site.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to answer a valid legal demand or protect the site and its readers from abuse. We will keep such disclosures to what is actually asked for.
How do you measure readers?
We use measurement tools to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. These tools produce aggregated figures, such as counts of visits, pages viewed and approximate regions, and we look at them in that form rather than at individual readers. Where a tool stores a small file in your browser, it is there to distinguish one visit from another and to remember your choices, not to follow you across other websites for advertising.
We do not run advertising profiles, we do not sell audience data, and we do not allow third parties to use our measurement data for their own marketing. If you block these files in your browser, the site still works, and the figures we see simply become less precise.
What are my rights, and how do I use them?
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct something wrong, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to a particular use, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. These rights apply to the data described above, and we will answer reasonable requests within a sensible period.
To make a request, use the contact form on this site and say clearly what you want. We may ask for enough detail to find your records and to confirm that the request comes from you, but no more than that. If we cannot act on a request, we will explain why.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, then remove it. Because we hold so little, most requests will end with us confirming that we have nothing beyond the message you sent.
